On August 25, a brush fire quickly expanded throughout a community in Lytle Creek that forced evacuations of hundreds of people and destroyed several homes.  Due to the high fire risk of the area, many homeowners were unable to obtain fire insurance.  Now, their homes, belongings, cherished pictures, kids trophies and family heirlooms are all gone.  What remains are piles of ash, burned out cars, and mortgages on homes that are no more.

This site is dedicated to raise money for the victims of the Lytle Creek Fire who have lost so much.  100% of the money raised on this site will be distributed to the families that need to rebuild their homes and their lives.

A Lot of Good has been partnering with the Red Cross to help these families on their journey.  Families have received gift cards to Walmart, vouchers to shop for free to the families of the fire and other special requests as needed.

These families are looking for a hand-up as they come to grips with what they have gone through.
